This call to wish Lloyd a good night is starting to get a lot deeper than Kratos had expected. Not that he doesn't want to talk, he just wasn't expecting questions like this.]

...Yes, most nights. When you were a baby, you would get fussy around bed time, so we started taking you for walks at night until you fell asleep. When you got a little older, you liked to sit on my shoulders and we'd watch the stars together.

[Surprise, they just kind of happened. Lloyd doesn't have much of a filter, so any conversation can go either really stupid or really heartfelt. Sometimes both. Still, there's something... warm about that sort of halfway false-memory, trying to build a scene around the half-remembered feelings. And so he's quiet for a moment, letting it happen.]

[ok for one lloyds capacity for weirdness is PRETTY HUGE. he's been shrunken and wandered into mouse holes. he's ridden a sky plane through dimensions. he's solved puzzles in zero gravity and saw a unicorn die and went to space to rescue a posessed friend and get a tree seed so lIKE KRATOS BEING WEIRD IS NOTHING HE CANNOT DEAL WITH.
