So you two helped each other! Are the Tall Ones the spirits or gods in your world?

Oh, no-- other way around, actually. I don't know how old he is, but Kratos says he's had this form for a few thousand years? Apparently he was a bird when Kratos first met him. And before that, he would have been a fish. He's been with me since I was born, really.

[And Noishe lifts his head proudly with a crooning noise! Noble Protozoan and all that!]

He's got a few more forms to go through, too, if what the elves told me was true. But I don't think he'll be evolving anytime soon.

That's hard to believe. [ She's impressed though! Noishe struts his stuff like a model pupper, and Hunter's laughing tone returns, charmed by this odd but endearingly fuzzy beastie. ] Maybe he's an ancient god too. The Tall Ones changed forms often.
